It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.
I recently completed a drupal based project for a community based website. It has a credit card gateway payment systems tied to nodes allowing for subscriptions and special events. There are special calendars whereby certain events are posted in a recent events section, and many other calendar features.
There is a mail campaign setup using mailchimp and quite a number of other customizations.
